Too short and too long terminal crimping is not qualified; the important thing is that the tension is up to the standard, the appearance of the terminal should be ok; the immersion tin is full of tin and part of the tin, there must be no broom head, split fork, big head, etc., otherwise Qualified; inserting the shell is easy to insert and insert the wrong position, it is also very important; welding can not occur false welding, virtual welding, leakage welding, mis-welding; casing includes heat shrinkable tube, pvc tube, winding tube, yellow wax tube, etc. And the process has strict requirements; the test includes continuity test, resistance voltage test, etc., if it does not meet the requirements, it is a defective product; the appearance inspection is supplemented by the previous process inspection, and the overall wire harness appearance inspection, unqualified need to be returned for repair; packaging The storage should be properly packaged and stored for each type of wire harness, otherwise the qualified product will become a defective product, which is also very important. Therefore, every link is very important. Only control and control every link, and give it to customers is a qualified product!
